Pink Ribbon Cooking and VT/NH Komen Present "Kicking Cancer Deliciously"

On August 23rd at the Brook Valley Appliance test kitchen in Manchester, VT,  VT/NH Susan G. Komen and  Chef Curtiss Hemm, founder of Pink Ribbon Cooking® and former dean of Culinary Arts at the New England Culinary Institute, prepared a simple, healthy and vibrant menu specifically designed for breast cancer patients and survivors.  The event was equal parts:  demonstration, education, tastings, and fun combined and blended for an afternoon of celebration and camaraderie for 15 breast cancer survivors and cosurvivors.   Watch Chef Hemm prepare these dishes right here!
